Healthdirect Australia is a national, government-owned, not-for-profit organisation which aims to assist Australians manage their health and well-being by providing them with trusted, health information and services.
To promote the launch of Healthdirect Australia's smart app symptom checker, driving traffic away from inundated call centres and towards the new mobile app. 

Horizon commenced the campaign with a broad stakeholder outreach that involved research, consultation and engagement, reducing the risks prior to launch. Horizon developed all strategic positioning, copy and creative to push marketing activities through direct in-clinic advertising, online digital advertising, social media content, media outreach and blogger engagement.
The campaign was extremely successful in raising brand awareness and opening up a dialogue with the target audience. The mobile app received more than 22,000 downloads with 300 of these tracked directly to one blogger article that Horizon prepared and negotiated.
